Monty Reich is the CEO of SWT, headquartered in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. An original member of the company in 1997, Monty has grown alongside the organization, serving in a variety of roles before stepping into the CEO/General Manager position 16 years ago. His long-standing commitment to SWT reflects both his leadership experience and deep understanding of the communities the company serves.
Raised on a mixed farm just outside of Success, Saskatchewan, Monty developed a strong appreciation for rural life, hard work and the importance of local business. That agricultural background continues to shape his perspective on community and economic development across southwest Saskatchewan.
Monty lives in Swift Current with his wife and their three children. He has been actively involved in numerous youth sports organizations through his children’s activities and remains committed to supporting community initiatives. He currently serves on the Swift Current & District Chamber of Commerce and the Board of the Swift Current Broncos, contributing his experience and leadership to organizations that support regional growth and community development.
