Lindsay Freistadt is the Founder and Principal Consultant of KASPRE Consulting Inc., a 100% Indigenous-owned Saskatchewan based management consulting firm specializing in strategy, governance, policy, and economic development. She has brought more than 20 years of leadership experience across government, health systems, and regulatory organizations. Prior to launching KASPRE, Lindsay served as Assistant Deputy Minister of Trade and Export Development for the Government of Saskatchewan, where she oversaw provincial trade and export policy, regulatory modernization, and cross-government economic strategy.

She previously held senior leadership roles with the Water Security Agency and the Ministry of Agriculture, leading complex policy negotiations, program design, and regulatory modernization initiatives. Now entering its second year of operation, KASPRE Consulting advises governments and organizations across Canada on strategy development, governance, and policy. The firm exceeded its first-year revenue projections within months of launching and continues to expand its national consulting team. Lindsay holds a Master of Public Administration from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy and teaches graduate courses in strategic management and ethical leadership. She is passionate about strengthening collaboration between government and industry to support sustainable economic growth in Saskatchewan.
