Celina Philpot is the CEO of Conexus Credit Union, proudly serving over 140,000 members across Saskatchewan. With 29 years of experience in the credit union system, she previously held senior leadership roles at two major Manitoba credit unions before joining Conexus. Celina is known for her results-driven leadership and passion for building financial prosperity and creating opportunities for Saskatchewan businesses to thrive.
Her dedication to continuous learning has shaped her professional journey. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Winnipeg, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from PMI International, and a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University.
Celina is actively involved in supporting community growth and economic development. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of Economic Development Regina and as a Trustee and Vice Chair for the Regina Police Pension Board. As a first-generation Canadian and multilingual professional, she is passionate about empowering others who are working to enhance the vitality of their communities.
