Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce pleased with WCB surplus distribution
 
The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce is happy with today’s announcement by the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board that it will distribute 100 per cent of excess surplus funding.
 
“We congratulate the WCB Board of Directors on this move to release the full amount of surplus funding. Their quick action will really help our members and other employers across the province, who contribute to the funding,” said Saskatchewan Chamber CEO Steve McLellan.
 
“The Saskatchewan Chamber has been active on this file for many months now, as we are active on all aspects of the WCB. The move to release the full $141 million surplus was a good one.”
