Tatanka Oyate Holdings LP (Tatanka) formerly Wahpeton Dakota Developments LP was formed in 2010 to act as the business arm of Wahpeton Dakota Nation. Tatanka is controlled by a professional Board of Directors that are independent of Wahpeton Dakota Nation and are governed through the criteria set out in a business charter that was ratified by Wahpeton Dakota Nation Membership in 2011.Tatanka have a CEO in place that reports to the Board of Directors.
