SafeScene Forensic Cleaning

SafeScene Forensic Cleaning Ltd. is a trauma-informed, forensic cleaning company based in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. The business is co-owned and operated by Amanda Anderson and Colette Thompson, licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through grief, trauma, and crisis. Their compassionate backgrounds uniquely position the company to provide dignified and culturally sensitive biohazard remediation services across the province.

SafeScene’s objective is to be a light for people surrounded by darkness. When tragedy strikes, they are committed to helping people piece back together their homes and take their first step forward. The owners at SafeScene pride themselves on being professional and discreet, with meticulous attention to detail. They specialize exclusively in cleaning forensic scenes (including crime scenes). They work closely with local coroners and police services to assist people in southwest Saskatchewan who would otherwise clean these scenes themselves, creating further trauma during an already difficult time in their lives.

Both Amanda and Colette bring direct experience with biohazard materials and bloodborne pathogens from their work as licensed embalmers. Their backgrounds also include grief training and a unique skill set for handling traumatic situations with professionalism and care.

SafeScene Forensic Cleaning Ltd. is built on the foundation of empathy, professionalism, and public health responsibility. As a trauma-informed business, they are committed to providing essential services that ensure the safe, respectful, and compliant remediation of spaces affected by trauma, crime, death, or contamination. With extensive experience in the funeral services sector, the founders bring a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical needs of their clients. Every scene is approached with compassion, confidentiality, and a goal of reducing further harm to those impacted.
