Impact Mechanical was excited to announce its sale of 50 percent shares to Primerose Resources Corporation (PRC) in June of 2023. PRC is a 100 percent community owned investment corporation based in northeast Saskatchewan. PRC focuses its efforts on renewable and non-renewable resources, to take an active role in the spin-off businesses that accrue from these resources.
