The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce boardroom is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The space is not available on statutory holidays or during Chamber-hosted events.

  • Location: 701–2002 Victoria Avenue (Avord Tower, Downtown Regina)
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays)
Rental Rates:

The following rates apply to members / non-members:

  • Full Day (More than 4 hours): $300 / $400
  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): $175 / $225
  • Hourly: $100 / $175

We are currently not accepting bookings at this time. Stay tuned early 2026.

  • Video conferencing capabilities with modern equipment
  • Coffee, tea, & water (upon request).
  • Boardroom capacity: 15 people
Booking Requests
  • All bookings must be submitted through the online Boardroom Booking Request Form.
  • Requests should be submitted at least 3 business days in advance to ensure availability and allow time for setup.
  • A Chamber representative will review each request and confirm availability by email.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation email is sent and payment is received.

Other Need-to-Know Information

To help ensure a smooth and successful booking, please review the information below before confirming your boardroom rental. The sections outline key details related to access, technology, invoicing, and cancellation policies.

Technology and Equipment

The room includes full AV capabilities for in-person and hybrid meetings, including:

  • Large TV screen (75” Samsung QBC Display)
  • Video conferencing camera, speaker system and microphone (Logitech Rally Soundbar HD Camera & Speakers, Logitech Sight Microphone
  • HDMI laptop connectivity and Logitech Tap Interface (one touch)
  • High-speed Wi-Fi access
  • Please indicate on the booking form if technical assistance is required before your meeting

Setup and Access

  • Access to the boardroom is available 10 minutes before your booking start time.
  • A Chamber staff member will assist with AV setup or orientation upon arrival if requested in advance.
  • Should you require a hybrid meeting – please let us know in advance.
  • The boardroom must be left in the same condition as it was found.
  • Coffee, tea, and water service may be included upon request.
  • External catering is permitted but must be arranged by the renter. Brewed Awakening is within the building and offers catering.

Payment and Invoicing

  • Payment is due upon confirmation of booking and prior to the meeting date. (Booking is not confirmed until payment is received).
  • Invoices can be paid by credit card or EFT (details provided in the confirmation email).

Cancellation Policy

  • No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
  • 50% fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
  • Full fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time.
  • The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in rare cases of organizational need, with notice provided as early as possible.
