The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce boardroom is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The space is not available on statutory holidays or during Chamber-hosted events.

  • Location: 702–2002 Victoria Avenue (Avord Tower, Downtown Regina)
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays)

We are currently not accepting bookings at this time. 


Hours of Availability
  • The boardroom is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Bookings must start and end within these hours to allow for setup and cleaning between reservations.
  • The space is not available on statutory holidays or during Chamber-hosted events.
Booking Requests
  • All bookings must be submitted through the online Boardroom Booking Request Form.
  • Requests should be submitted at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow time for setup.
  • A Chamber representative will review each request and confirm availability by email.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation email is sent.
Cancellation Policy
  • No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
  • 50% fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
  • Full fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time.
  • The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in rare cases of organizational need, with notice provided as early as possible.
Payment and Invoicing
  • Payment is due upon confirmation of booking unless other arrangements are made.
  • Invoices can be paid by credit card or EFT (details provided in the confirmation email).
Setup and Access
  • Access to the boardroom is available 10 minutes before your booking start time.
  • A Chamber staff member will assist with AV setup or orientation upon arrival if requested in advance.
  • The boardroom must be left in the same condition as it was found.
  • Coffee, tea, and water service are included.
  • External catering is permitted but must be arranged by the renter.
Technology and Equipment

The room includes full AV capabilities for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings, including:

  • Large TV screen
  • Video conferencing camera and microphone
  • HDMI laptop connectivity
  • High-speed Wi-Fi access
  • Please indicate on the booking form if technical assistance is required before your meeting.
