We will do this by:
Hiring and training Indigenous professionals that will eventually lead the business
Develop financial professionals – enhance First Nations representation in the investment industry
Our proposed ownership structure will allow for multiple companies to be created to increase the number of nations participating for the betterment of all Indigenous nations in the province
