Clare plays a key role in keeping the Chamber running smoothly across membership and office operations. As Membership Manager, she oversees new member applications and database management, and takes an active role in supporting members at every stage, from onboarding through renewal. Often the first voice members hear when they contact the Chamber, Clare brings a holistic understanding of the membership cycle and a genuine commitment to a positive member experience.
Clare is also the Chamber’s accounts receivable lead, managing invoicing, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on overdue accounts across all areas of the organization — membership, events, and beyond.
A cornerstone of day-to-day office operations, Clare keeps the administrative side of the Chamber running with consistency and care.
