Help Shape the Future of Saskatchewan’s Business Community. The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce is pleased to issue its formal Call for Nominations for three (3) positions on the Board of Directors for the 2026 term. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help guide the strategic direction of the Saskatchewan Chamber and contribute to member value across the province.

Each position carries a three-year term beginning May 1, 2026. Member businesses may nominate individuals to stand for election as Director. Nominees must represent a member organization in good standing with the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce at the time of nomination.

Voting Process

Following the close of nominations, all member organizations will receive a digital ballot and candidate listing. Each member organization is entitled to one vote. Please ensure your organization has assigned only one (1) delegate to vote.

Continuing Directors (2026–2027)

The following Directors will continue to serve during the upcoming term:

  • Khurrum Awan, Past Chair, Miller Thomson LLP, Regina
  • Shawn Moen, Chair, 9 Mile Legacy Brewing Co., Saskatoon
  • Jason Moser, 1st Vice Chair, PFM Capital, Regina
  • Scott Bahr, 2nd Vice Chair, Bit Service Company
  • Kirsten Marcia, Deep Earth Energy Production Corp., Saskatoon
  • Jill Johnson, Cameco Corporation, Saskatoon
  • Celina Philpot, Conexus Credit Union, Regina
  • Tina Beaudry, Deloitte LLP, Regina
  • Carol Yaholnitsky, Good Spirit Air Service, Yorkton

 

Director Responsibilities

Board Directors are expected to:

  • Attend Board meetings (six annually)
  • Participate on Board committees
  • Attend Chamber events
  • Contribute to governance and strategic initiatives as required

  1. A signed Board of Directors Commitment Agreement (download here and upload to nomination form)
  2. Professional, high-quality headshot (.png or jpeg) and brief biography (200 words maximum)
