Join our Board – Call for Nominations

We’re calling on our members to nominate candidates for the three (3) positions available on the Board of Directors. This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping the future of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce.

The nomination deadline is March 21, 2025. Elected individuals will serve a three-year term starting on May 1, 2025.

To be eligible for nomination, individuals must be current members in good standing. After receiving all nominations, the list of candidates will be distributed to chamber members, along with the official ballot. Each member business is entitled to one vote, so your participation is crucial in determining our chamber’s leadership. Thank you for taking an active role in this important process.

The Board Directors with continuing terms for 2025-2026 are:

• Khurrum Awan, Chair, Miller Thomson LLP, Regina
• Shawn Moen, 1st Vice Chair, 9 Mile Legacy Brewing Co., Saskatoon
• Jason Moser, 2nd Vice Chair, PFM Capital, Regina
• Tyler Willox, Flowing River Capital, Regina
• Thomas Siarkos, Memories Fine Dining and Lounge, Regina
• Ashley Drummond, WOW Factor Media, Moose Jaw
• Kirsten Marcia, Deep Earth Energy Production Corp, Saskatoon
• Jill Johnson, Cameco Corporation, Saskatoon

Requirements of a board member:

• Attend board meetings – held 6 times annually
• Participate on board committees
• Attend various events
• Other activities as required.

Before beginning the process, you will need the following:

1. A signed Board of Directors Commitment Agreement
2. Gather a headshot (.png or jpeg) and brief biography (200 words maximum)
